Asking for Trouble is back - for the holidays!
Twenty-one Youngblood playwrights draw a director, a cast and the name of a holiday* from a hat, and then have one week to write a script for that director and cast, inspired by the holiday they received.
(*Youngblood has had enough of the perpetual dominance of Christmas and Hanukkah and in the spirit of the underdog we are taking up the mantle of the lesser-known holidays. If you've ever wanted to see a 10 minute play about Bring Your Child to Work Day, Flag Day, Tax Day, Derby Day, Tisha B'Av, Beltane or the Day the Titanic Sank - THIS is your CHANCE.)
The creative teams - twenty-one directors, sixty-nine actors - have just one week to rehearse the play. That week is almost over, and the shows go up on THURSDAY!
Three nights only -- next Thursday, Friday and Saturday!
Tickets are just $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
Click here or call 866-811-4111 to order now and get the $10 tickets.
